Reporting Abandoned Trolleys
Recognising the absence of an effective solution and the limitations of existing options of reporting abandoned shopping trolleys, we developed QR Lost Notification. Our innovative software harnesses the widespread ubiquitous use of mobile phones, enabling anyone worldwide to scan our smart QR Tags on any trolley by using their native camera app, and anonymously report its exact location, using the phones GPS, to a local retailer and or their trolley collectors, ensuring its swift retrieval.
At QR Lost Notification, we are committed to making our solution accessible to all retailers, regardless of their size or scale of operations. Our pricing model has been thoughtfully designed to remove barriers that have hindered the adoption of existing expensive solutions. By keeping our costs low, we ensure that even small businesses can benefit from the power of QR Lost Notification. Setting up our system is also a breeze, taking only about 1 hour, and once it’s up and running, there’s no need for ongoing maintenance or additional services. Our goal is to provide a seamless, time-effective, and cost-efficient solution that empowers retailers to efficiently retrieve their abandoned trolleys, adding savings to their bottom line, whilst contributing to a cleaner and more responsible community environment.
We launched QR Lost Notification recently in 2023, driven by the need to create a commercially beneficial and comprehensive cost-effective solution for retailers to recover their abandoned trolleys quickly. Unlike other systems, our local-based approach fosters community spirit, tailoring efforts to each retailer’s unique needs. Our goal is to create lasting change, benefitting the environment, the community, and retailers alike.
Our solution emerged from the growing problem of abandoned shopping trolleys, and the need for both a technical innovative solution as well as a retailer’s commercial consideration for an inexpensive solution. QR Lost Notification offers a profitable and impactful solution for retailers, while fostering a cleaner, more responsible, and harmonious community. Together, let’s embrace change and build a future where abandoned trolleys become a thing of the past, benefiting us all.
In Australia alone it’s a $100 million per annum problem.
